Polina Schlicht, Managing Director
Before joining the movie industry, Polina worked several years in leading international investment companies. Her journey in film started in 2014, when she executive produced the official Paralympics documentary SPIRIT IN MOTION.
Shortly after she was invited to lead Monumental Pictures who are prolific producers and executives in the packaging, co-financing, co-production and marketing of 24 genre feature films.
In 2016, she founded Monumental Berlin to acquire films and series for Eastern Europe.

Polina also co-founded and lead Titan VR (www.titanvr.com) in March 2017 and sold it to an advertising and event agency in December 2019.
She speaks German, English, French, Russian and Ukrainian.

Paul Heth, President
Paul Heth is a major force in the expansion of the cinematic experience worldwide. With more than 25 years of senior leadership in the industry, Heth is a proven executive and investor in the global media sector.
During his career, Heth partnered with Shari Redstone, CEO of National Amusements, the parent company of Viacom and CBS. One such collaboration, CineBridge Ventures, built next-generation multiplex cinemas in Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
Heth has lead successful equity and operating partnerships with some of the world’s largest media and technology companies to include National Amusements, Eastman Kodak, Fox and Sony, and established himself as one of most innovative executives in the global cinema and entertainment industry.
In 2012 Heth formed his family office Patton Group. As CEO, Heth has overseen large scale co-investments in the cinema and production ventures in both emerging markets and in North America. His theatrical production company, Monumental, in partnership with Sony Pictures, and Fox produced a number of highly successful international productions.
Heth is an United States Army veteran and a graduate of the University of Tampa, which honored him with an Entrepreneur Service Award. In 2018 the University of New Haven awarded Heth an honorary Doctor of Business Administration degree. A sought out public speaker Mr. Heth has given commencement speeches at the University of Tampa where he is on the Board of Trustees and the University of New Haven.
